Through over a decade of personal and work experiences Ms. Woodard has worked with a wide range of individuals struggling with mental health for the first time and those that feel that they have some form of control of their mental health and seeking assistance in maintaining control. She has worked with individuals diagnosed with Major Depression Disorder, Bipolar I and II Disorder, Persistent Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Insomnia, Schizophrenia, Grief, Schizoaffective Disorder, Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder and Narcissistic Personality Disorder.Fallon M. Woodard is a Licensed Master Social Worker currently under supervision of Sedrick Jackson, LCSW-S, CCM, ACC, to receive her LCSW. She holds a Masters in Social Worker, Masters in Public Health and Bachelors in Community Health. She is currently the Director of Intake/Admissions at a psychiatric hospital and residential treatment center for 9+.

Ms. Woodard also has years of experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community and is very comfortable with any population that requests assistance. She can help using techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused motivational interviewing, and a strength-based approach. She believes that mental health is not a “one size fits all” issue.
