I am Arwen with Discover a New YOU!

I offer a place to rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit into unification. I have been a licensed massage therapist for over 20 years. I am a lifelong learner and teacher and have worked in mental health and social work.  I have a BA in Psychology and an MA in Teaching. I am certified in Meditation and have experience in Coaching People in Leadership Skills. I use what I call sacred science therapies as well as coaching and tutoring in body and mind practices.

I Love to Move, Shift and Transform people's experience to life. I help the spirit inside you grow and make the life of your dreams!   I help people see their Power and a new perspective.  I consider helping people experience themselves as pure Life to be my calling in life. I take people to a state of relaxation and healing they have never experienced before.

I offer several therapies and training to help you on your Wellness Journey.

Massage ranges from $60 an Hour to $125.

Coaching is $50 an Hour, and I use a sliding scale fee based on income.

Meditation Instruction is $40 for 30 min., and I use a sliding scale fee based on income.

Clinical Aromatherapy is $60 for consultation, which includes a $30 bottle.
