Life is all about relationships. Having strong and healthy relationships is key to living a life of well-being and happiness. In order to create and sustain a sense of well-being, we must develop and maintain healthy and adaptive forms of relating to oneself, family, friends, and one's greater community. My services are personally tailored to each individual's needs by providing a safe and supportive space to help clients learn how to develop adaptive ways of managing life's stressors.
